Our Policy:Forsythes Recruitment is committed to providing a safe and healthy place of work for all its workers and visitors. Forsythes Recruitment believes that most incidents which cause injury or ill-health to persons or damage or loss to property can be prevented and will therefore make every reasonable effort to prevent incidents through a risk management approach to promote a safe and healthy working environment.

In order to ensure continual progress towards the optimal working environment, management and employees need to interact harmoniously and proactively.
Take care, stay well: Our managers take the lead in ensuring WH&S compliance. We require all employees to comply strictly with safety measures and to take care of themselves and their colleagues.
We require employees to:
- work safely and encourage colleagues to do the same
- report any unsafe conditions immediately, and
- use safety equipment and take care of it.
Learning to be safe: We train you to understand and apply safe work practices, with general instruction as well as site-specific information that's accredited by WorkCover for a variety of sites. At all times we communicate openly with you about emerging WH&S matters.

WH&S Report Form

When you are on assignment your safety is of the utmost importance to us. Your Forsythes consultant or a member from our WHS Committee will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss the concern with you and make recommendations.
Bank Account Details Form
Payment is made on a weekly basis with pay transferred to a bank or other acceptable financial institutions (Building Society, Credit Union etc) of your choice. A form is provided for you to nominate your account details.
You also need to complete an Australian Tax Office employment declaration form and may be requested to provide a copy of your Birth Certificate or other documentation that confirms your legal entitlement to work in Australia.
Overtime is subject to the needs of the Company you are assigned to. Payment will be in accordance with the prevailing employment conditions of the Company and/or the relevant award you are being paid under.

To claim work related expenses you must complete this Expenses Claim Form, have it signed off by the client and fax it to us with your timesheet. Copies of all receipts relating to expenses claimed must be attached to the form.
